FAQs
When completing Phase 1, you may only lay down the exact cards required to finish the phase.
Example Question:
If I am on phase 1 and my cards are 1, 1, 1, 3, 3, 3, 5, 5, 5, and 8. Can I lay down my sets of 1, 3, AND 5 as part of my “2 sets of 3” or can I only lay down (for example) my 1’s and 3’s and have to play my 5’s?
Phase 1 requires two sets of three. In this example, you may lay down any two qualifying sets (such as three 1s and three 3s), but you may not lay down a third set at the same time. The extra set must remain in your hand and can be played on later turns after your phase is complete.
At this time, custom Phase 10 decks in alternate colors are not available for purchase.
We love hearing creative ideas from our players, and a pink deck is a fun suggestion. While we can’t offer custom colors right now, we truly appreciate your enthusiasm and support for the game.
In most cases, your game history and progress can be saved if you sign in using the same account on both devices.
If you log in with the same username or account information on your iPad and your Android phone, your progress should transfer without needing to start over. If you experience any issues, we recommend checking your game’s settings or contacting the app support team for additional help.
No. Once a player completes their phase and goes out, the round immediately ends.
Any players who have not yet taken their turn in that round do not get an opportunity to draw or play cards. This rule applies even in the first round and regardless of how many players are still waiting to take a turn.
No. Once a run reaches 12, no additional cards may be added to the high end of the run.
Likewise, if a run begins with 1, no cards may be added before the 1. Runs in Phase 10 cannot extend beyond 1 on the low end or beyond 12 on the high end, even when using Wild cards.
Yes. A Wild card may be picked up from the discard pile at any time.
This includes the very first card turned face up by the dealer to start the discard pile, as well as any Wild cards discarded later in the round.
The Skip card is placed face up in front of the player who is being skipped.
When it becomes that player’s turn, they do not draw or play any cards. Their only action is to place the Skip card into the discard pile. Play then continues with the next player.
